Transition Your Condition

Body transformation. Is it the newest thing, all the rage, the thing to do? It's pretty much been around forever. It's gone by various names and disguises but below the surface it's the same thing with a different skin on it and the same basic goal - to change your body from what you have to what you want.

So... what do you want? Some want that magazine body and some just want to be a bit healthier. We have clients that want to achieve the body of their dreams, some that want to get healthier and maybe stop taking some medications and then some who are getting older and don't like it when it seems they have a hard time keeping up with the grandkids. Before you just jump in and start - sit down and really think about your goals and what you'd really like to achieve. And here's the important part - when you're done thinking about it - write it down and put it somewhere where you can be gently reminded where you're going and what it's going to look like when you get there. Because, at some point, the journey is going to get tough and looking a bit further down the road can help you put down that donut and pick up that weight. (Okay, donuts are delicious and aren't necessarily bad but we'll talk more about that later...) Your lean body coaching has to fit you. After all, you're the only one that matters.

We believe in you - how you are now and how you're going to be in the future - and we believe you can achieve anything you'd like with your body. Determine your goals and then remember you can be led there but you're the one who has to do the work. In the words of Grandmaster Larry Caster himself, "It's not a question of whether you can or you can't; the question is, 'How bad do you want it?'"
